Flew to my sister's for Christmas and then was planning to got to see my husband's family in Europe right after. Turns out her husband was ill with flu and after two days with them I was becoming ill, too. She gave me Inner Defense and the illness faded away by the next afternoon. I took them for a week because of all the ill people around us on the plane and then when we got there. Unlike what usually happens to me, I stayed well the entire time. When I feel a strong flu coming or we're traveling, I take them two at a time with food twice a day. Some people might need less. I've found if you stop immediately when you feel better, it can come back. I sometimes have sinus issues and often I would get sick just from being on the plane with other people. Not any more. My husband and I have never had to travel sick since we've started bringing it with us.
