Wish the Omron blood pressure unit had come with an AC power adapter after gettting this. In home nurse recommended it for my dad.

We twisted the wire of the original Omron HEM-780 Power Adapter too many times and it broke. I got this replacement Adapter about two years ago. I have been using it continuously for two years without any problem.

I got this because I was tired of replacing batteries in my blood pressure monitor. It works well and I've had no problems.

While the price was inexpensive, it does not fit the unit it claims. Not worth the cost of returning. DO NOT BUY!
