Contain my sons mess and its bad! True to size, wish they were cheaper cause we swim a lot. I put these, and a resuable swim diaper and neoprene on my special needs son cause we want to insure NO accidents. This contains the most tragic of messes so nothing leaks in pool. These on the inside layer mean I don't have to take home the smell. I wash them in the toilet then put in a plastic bag and dispose . Took away one star cause they cost so much.

These are great for our teenage son with cerebral palsy and enables him to safely and comfortably be in the water. Arrives right on time too, thanks!

This is the perfect swim diaper for teenagers/adults with incontinence. It is not bulky and fits under the bathing suit well. My daughter weighs 100 pounds and the size small fits perfectly.

I have been using the Swimmates for my 24 year old son who is disabled for about 8 years. They work very well for him and they are very durable while we enjoy being in the water at the lake all day.

Product arrived quicker than stated and fits son perfectly- swim nappies for kids at supermarkets are too small as they’re really for babies and toddlers. Great product and size!

Bought these for a friend that has fecal incontinence..they work better than brief sold in stores which are mainly for bladder incontinence.These keep the waste inside due to gathered legs.Great for swimming although he hasnt tried that yet.basically if your adult child or someone on your life suffers with fecal incontinence and find the leading brands leak..try these.
