NOT 1GPS on all ports -- value price managed switch.
The description for this switch is deceptive and I was caught by surprise. This model switch (JG538A) as documented by HP's quickspecs indicate that 24 of the ports are 10/100, and only the "SFP" ports are 1000Mbps[...]). Nowhere else in this amazon product's description highlights this limitation.Fortunately for my use this isn't a show stopper but I could imagine someone looking for rackmount equipment on a budget could be caught by surprise.This is however a high functioning managed switch and has many features supporting VLAN, Port Monitoring and other managed switch features. I just wish I knew it wasn't 1000MBPS across the board.
