Great for the price
Love this jack. I bought it for my SUV and is light and compact and has enough lift to lift my Audi. For the price it has all the qualities I wanted.

First impressions are good, time will tell as to quality / strength
Seems to be solid for the price. Made in China of course so not sure about longevity and quality of the materials. Upon receiving the new jack I immediately tested it on the vehicle for which it will be used. A 2013 Hyundai Elantra GLS which is a compact car and relatively light weight. The jack felt sturdy and seemed to lift the car properly although the fine threads on the threaded worm gear shaft required a lot of cranks to get the car up enough to have tire off the ground. I really liked the wide base of the jack, will come in handy if you need to jack up car on dirt / softer ground. I also loved the ratcheting handle that comes with the jack. This worked really well for both lifting and lowering the height.

Very good jack. Simple.
Finally, a jack that’s good. The wide feet provide more stability than narrow feet. It’s easy for my wife and daughter to use. Only downside is the round foot on top doesn’t screw into the jack and therefore there’s no place to store it with the jack. It would be better if the jack could be all one contained unit. They just need to put threads on the shaft and then it’ll be great.

Haven’t had to use it yet
And hopefully I never will. Just needed a jack for my car since automakers are too cheap to give you a spare and a jack anymore! It’s a functional scissor jack - so I gave it 5 stars haha

Works as it should!
This little jack is small but mighty! Definitely gets the job done! I purchased this to put in my son's car as it didn't come equipped with one and he was having issues with a tire. It Definitely served him well so far! It's fairly sturdy as well!

Got stuck with car wheel up in the air
I do not know if mine came defective, but I was changing my tires, and got through 3 of them, but with each time I used the jack, it got harder to get the wheel off the ground. The final wheel, the jack jammed, with the car lifted off the ground. I couldn't budge it in either direction, I was applying so much force trying to get it to lower the car, that the yellow handle was bending nearly to the point of breaking. I had to go borrow a jack from a neighbor, mind you, another scissor jack, one rated for less weight than this one (1350kg vs 1.8ton) and was a freebie that came with their lexus, and it easily lifted the car up and off the jack. This jack is now stuck permanently partially extended and I'm livid that it broke on my first use, and if I didn't have a neighbor nearby with a jack, my car would literally have been stuck with one wheel up in the air.

Surprisingly nice. Instructions and box pretty much in Chinese. No matter.
Use of this is self-explanatory if you've ever used a scissor jack before. Works just fine for me. Seems quite well-made and finished. Note that the ratchet-lift is "easier" in that it requires less effort BUT it will probably take many 180-degree or so operations of the ratchet to jack up your car and get the tire off the ground. I knew this when purchasing, and a quick test on an actual 4,000 lb. car proved to me that it works as it should. Remember that lifting 1 corner of a 4,000 lb. car is nowhere near the 1.8 ton rating - that's metric tons, so almost 4,000 lbs. anyway - of the jack, so this was just fine. The easily attached/removed extension can be a plus if you both have the ground clearance and need more height. Quite pleased with this.

1.8 ton capacity for emergency is sketchy
I would only use this for my garden tractor or an ATV. The base is not sturdy enough, even on a solid surface to lift a car.
