I made it exactly as the recipe on the bag (used 3 medium yukon gold potatoes) with store bought chicken broth. The ingredients here are few, but I didn't need to add any extra corn or other veges. Someone mentioned it being watery, but it wasn't, and if you did want it thicker, it's easy to do by smashing some of the potatoes you cooked into it (or using a thickener). I made it to use up leftover ham, and you could easily add chicken, seafood, fish, or tofu to it as well (and other/extra veges - fresh or frozen, if desired). No preservatives or strange ingredients, and the flavor was perfect. So easy and delicious. Even my picky twins ate it.
