This steam machine is the best. I have used it for two years and I still have most of the products that came in the cleaning bag. The attachments work very well.

Item arrived quick, even earlier than promised. Two days after coming from a trip to Cuba, discovered marks which doctor said are from bed bugs. To make sure we get rid of what we might got into our home, as steam might be the best effective method, we bought this steamer. Clean well the entire bedrooms, and every inch of the beds and mattresses. It's been a month since used it and so far no bites anymore. Also my wife like to use it for other cleaning in the house. I used it in the bathroom and cleaned well some stain on the grout and tiles which couldn't get rid before with conventional methods. Used on laminate and cleaned well. Good results cleaning the baseboards which had some gunk. I would reccomend.
