Work fantastic on ATV tires
I bought these after struggling without it on one of my two ATV's using a regular motorcycle tire changer. The motorcycle tire changer would only break the bead after a long time of physical struggling and sweating - if at all. I relented and spent the money on this device and it made a world of difference. I broke the bead on within minutes without breaking a sweat following the enclosed easy to understand instructions. All I need was my cordless drill and a socket to fit. This BeadBuster is built sturdy and it is high quality construction. I only have two quadbikes and their tires will likely last for many years and I wont need it soon again, but it is small and compact and I can take it with for in case it is needed while we are riding. Handy little thing to have in the tool box for in case it's needed. I am a DYI type who enjoys the odd foray in doing my own machine maintenance to save money and this had a good balance between price and time saved. It costs $25-$30 per tire at the shop to get done, by using this on just one ATV it has paid for itself. Any future tire replacements are free after this. I can use it on the dirt bikes and street bike also to break beads.

Works well, exactly as advertised. Works on Car/truck tires too.
I was a little nervous that it might be too small for car tires, and some of the reviews complained of it breaking. I just used it to break the bead on 4 tires of my Honda Odyssey minivan it worked flawlessly (aluminum rims). I used a ratchet and socket to tighten the hold down and presser foot bolt, and followed the directions. It was easy to use and went more quickly than I expected. Watch a video on how to use this, and then read the "Ikea-like" instructional card that comes with it. If you do that you shouldn't have any issues. If you are replacing TPMS sensors I recommend a pry bar to push the tire down and hold it to remove the TPMS sensor. The bead breaker won't push it down far enough for TPMS removal, but it does a great job of getting the tire off the bead. I would definitely recommend this to a friend

Busted Beadbuster
Broke first use on a new 12-inch ATV tire. Steel is low quality and welds are minimal. I straightened it and then welded it to reinforce the weakest joint that was letting go. So far, it has worked twice after the weld repair. Note: the foot that pushes the bead down is too small and leaves dents in the rubber bead that will compromise its ability to subsequently seal on the rim. Concept is great, but quality is very poor. I expect a lot more from a tool at this price. I suspect they hold a patent and that someone who would provide a tool that will work reliably over a long period of time is therefore shut out of the market - forcing us to use this cheaply made garbage. Also, the bolt that pushes the bead down does not have enough travel. I am also concerned that the threaded cheap steel will not last very long. If the toes bend and welds break, I suspect the threads will also strip before long. It is frustrating to find something with lots of marketing hype and bold claims turn out to be mostly just that. The quality is what you would expect at 1/10th the price so there is no consolation in saying I got what I paid for.

Worked perfectly, no issues, super helpful for changing TPMS sensors.
I'm so tired of being scammed by tire shops to something as simple as changing tire pressure monitoring sensors. Most shops mark up the sensor costs far too much and then charge really high fees for the labor and code programming. With this bead breaker, I did the job myself and the results were perfect. Sure, there is a bit of a learning curve, but that's kind of the fun part. I would absolutely recommend this bead breaker, just take your time with it, make sure you adjust the clamp down bolt several times, making sure to seat the pushing bar as close to the rim as possible and also lube up the entire bead really, really well, as this will help tremendously. Nice product, NOT MADE IN CHINA, but rather Taiwan! Yeah! Never thought I'd be happy to see a product made in Taiwan, but trust me, the quality of this is really excellent. Taiwan is known for producing higher quality products, second of course to the USA. :) All in all, if you believe you need this, just buy it. You'll have it for the rest of your life and pass it down to your kids.

Cool tool, well made, compact tool that works, not very fast, and has a learning curve.
It does work, and there is a learning curve. I would give it a 5 star but I would not call it "love". Its is not as fast as the video would have you believe and more often than not you need to move it round the tire for 2-3 other locations on the rim. Your can destroy your tire by pushing the tool foot threw the side wall of the tire if you do not have it clamped tight enough. You need to watch the tools foot as you tighten it down. You can use an impact driver but I found you get a better feel with a socket wrench, regarding clamping. Impact is fine for the breaking the bead. I tighten down the clamp unit is bottoms out then turn it back 1 full turn. This gets you tight enough on the rim, but loose enough for the foot to pass over the rim lock. Watch as you go, just don't blindly use a driver, our you might just cut perfectly square slices into your tires side wall instead of breaking the bead. You will need a large c clamp or two to hold the tire from returning to the bead seat as you brake the bead. Once the back side rim bead is broken 360 deg you will need to use a tool to drive the tire into the recessed groove due to the longer rim flat. I used a blunted flat bar and a hammer, while the rim only was supported up on large wood block. You need to support the rim only so the tire is will stay were it has been driven and will not drift back. Pros: super compact and light, well made, works. Cons: slowish, tire damage risk. I would buy it again, its cool, but you there is a learning curve.

Great tool
As advertised. Handy and helpful little tool when in remote areas. Use as directed and it works perfect. I wish the material of the tool was higher quality, but the price is right for what it is. I always think Iโll strip the threads on one of two, but it has worked every time!

Best tool for small wheels and tires
22inch atv tires on 8 inch welded split rims. This works perfect. One weird thing is the paint was scuffed and scratched and almost looked used. But after used it it looks way worse, lol. Worth the money.

this bead breaker works great. make sure it is seated properly on the rim. I usually impact it ยพ of the way down then move over 6 inches, and do it again, how a tire shop does it. Anyone who breaks it, or complains about how they had to reweld it was trying to break the bead on a angle and not paying attention to what they were doing. worth the money saves my hands prying the bead off with the spoons

worth every penny works great for tires that have been on the rims for years. Breaks the bead easily.

I'm impressed with this bead breaker. I was expecting it to be good because of all of the reviews and it is good. The bottom wedges need to be sharp in order to get between the tire bead and the rim but if you're not careful you will tear open your tire. Not a problem if you're throwing away the tires but if you plan on keeping them for another purpose, you need to be careful. That being said, I changed all four of my ATV tires fairly quickly and I think this will be an invaluable tool to throw in the back of the ATV to perhaps help someone out on the trail. Purchase the tire changing bars that look like big screwdrivers and you'll have a combination to be able to swap out a tire in about 10 minutes.

Makes popping the beads on my interceptor 650 tires a breeze. (I wish it could help remounting the tire:-) ). It's the quality and kind of tool you can hand down to your kids.
