Well built, not the cheapest on the market but you only get what you pay for.

I like that the lid peels back to allow access and keeps water from evaporating. The rack is perfect! I use less plastic since I don’t need to attach to the edge of the container. I like that I can see thru the container too.

Got to do some Sous Vide cooking for the 1st time on the weekend. It worked a treat.

Works really well. Rack is a good size, but when we cook ribs we have trouble getting all four halves into the water bath. No much trouble but a bit. That is a function of what we are cooking and not a real commentary on the device. Water heats quickly and we have not had to add any water when cooking the ribs (they take 24 hours, so that is a good test). Fits our sous vide (Brenville) cooker with no problem. Highly recommend this product. Using this set up about weekly now.

The warning label just says the California requires them to detail that there is a harmful chemical without clearly saying what’s the issue and then makes excuses about why it’s ok. Looks and sounds dodgy

Works great for Sous Vide cooking. The Sous Vide machine fits good in the opening of the lid. Kept the heat in while cooking and it was easy to clean. Definitely rust resistant since it is silicon. The green color is very nice too.
