Yinleader 110V to 220V Voltage Converter Transformer 2000W Step Up/Down 110/120 Volt - 220/240 Volt Converter

We purchased two of them - one 2000W and another 3000W converter. They were easy to use and worked as expected. However, the 2000W version stopped working after 3+ months. Update: customer service proactively reached out after my initial review and offered to send me a 3000W replacement for the 2000W one that broke.

Warranty they provided a new one because this one tripped my power

It was working properly at about 4 months . One they its fuse tripped. I reset it . After a couple of days it is completely broken . Although I am reseting there is no output anymore I don’t recommend. I will try to ask for repair but I couldn’t find a way yet

The converter worked very will until it suddenly stopped after 3 months of use. Even after following the troubleshooting steps, the product seems completely dead and unusable. I tried looking for a way to contact the seller and couldn’t find any information on the seller’s page or my order. Updated- they sent us a new one that had worked beautifully for the last 12 months.

I purchased a 220V to 110V transformer in July 2022 for a device with lower power consumption than what the transformer is rated for (2000VA). However, less than a year later, the device suddenly stopped working, causing a complete power outage in my house. After resetting the circuit breaker, the transformer started emitting sparks and a strong burning smell, prompting me to immediately disconnect all power. It has now become completely useless. This product is not only unreliable but also poses a severe fire hazard, as it could have caused a fire if the malfunction occurred when no one was present. I am extremely disappointed with the quality and safety of this transformer. It not only failed to perform its intended function but also put my household at risk. I expected a product that would last longer and provide reliable voltage conversion, especially considering the device's lower power requirements. I strongly advise against purchasing this transformer due to its hazardous nature. The potential for a fire is a significant concern, and the consequences could be catastrophic. I urge the manufacturer to address these safety issues immediately and ensure that their products undergo thorough testing to meet industry standards. Do yourself a favor and invest in a different transformer from a reputable brand. Your safety and the well-being of your property should never be compromised.

Worked for 2 years perfectly, then the switch between 110/220 started to give issues and blew the fuse on the coffee machine. Now it’s hit and miss if it works.

I use it for a Dyson hairdryer I brought from Europe, works absolutely fine. The transformer is somewhat heavy, but surprisingly portable with a handle on top.

I purchased this voltage converter to use exclusively with my Dyson hair dryer. Unfortunately, after only two months of use, the device’s body became dented and it stopped working altogether. We only used it for our Dyson, and despite following all the instructions, the product failed to perform as expected. Additionally, the fuses did not work and could not protect the device. It’s disappointing, especially considering we relied on it for such a short period of time. I would not recommend this converter for high-end devices like Dyson.
