How do you use the holder? What do ypu attach to when your playing pool?

The chalk fits into the "cup" on the end. Most players slip the stick into their back pocket leaving the chalk end dangling. This way your chalk is readily available.

Does this come with chalk as shown in the pictures?

Yes. It comes with 5 pieces of chalk.

What color is the chalk?

Blue same as the picture. The shape is unique. It's an octagon. Great stuff at a very good price as well.
