Is this oil good for a 2014 bmw 328d (diesel)? longlife-04?

I had trouble finding too, you want a c3 / LL04 oil like this one, (look for the XL-III on the label): Valvoline European Vehicle Full Synthetic XL-III SAE 5W-30 or 5-40. its the best priced I've found. https://www.amazon.com/Valvoline-881167-European-Vehicle-Synthetic/dp/B07TNKH2DY you can also use Pennzoil Euro L or Castrol EDGE Euro 5W-30 M. both C3 / LL04 oils.

Can I use this in a chevy camaro ss 6.2 liter engine?

Absolutely! You will almost instantly hear the difference on how well the motor is running.
