I definitely get a good workout with this product!! My arms really have to work and it gives me my bang for my buck with the limited time I have to lift.

Give a great workout, seeing quicker results

I was very excited to use these for my workout today. I had plans for exactly what I use going to use them on but I wasn't fully satisfied tbh. While it's absolutely fantastic for curls and dumbbell presses, I didn't like using them for farmer carries, wheel barrow and definitely wouldn't use them for deadlifts! For the latter exercises, you'll want to keep your fat gripz ready to go, because fat gripz are far less likely to slip out of your hands due to the abrasions on them which makes them easier to hold on to. The cone grips are almost completely smooth, so they become slippery once sweat gets on them. Overall, it's a good product, better for bicep curls and dumbbell presses than fat gripz but they fall short (pun intended) if you're doing exercises where you really don't wanna drop the weights. If the makers would some non-slip abrasions on them, they would be better than FG, but they're not there yet

Simular Cone style grips are built into the metal handles and very expensive. These can fit on your current handles and free up money and space in your gym. Wish I would have found these earlier.

I own several "fat grip" style bar adapters that I use to enhance my workouts. These Cone Grip adapters are my favorite. They fit perfectly on my hex dumbbells and challenge my grip in a very unique way. Thanks for a solid product.

A must for big forearm development

So I was watching Dick Delhagen on youtube, aka Sticky Ricky aka Eric Bugenhagen, and he mentioned these 'cone grips'. Long story short I bought a pair and have been using them in every exercise I can at the gym for the last 5 or so workouts. They are massively punishing on the grip and forearms and I honestly feel like I am making strength gains from them already. I'm going to use these for about a solid month and see how they go. One of the tried and true exercises for hand strength is to try and crush a small stone or hard ball in your hand as hard as you can for high reps or less reps for time and I have found that the cone shape is perfect for that exercise as well.

Bought for my partner who weight lifts but has wrist problems. He said they are fantastic. M7uch easier on the wrists.
