This book is so awesome! it gives all the politeness forms, tenses and it truly did help me find words that I had no luck looking up elsewhere...but it was because I did not understand how the verbs worked, lol. This book is very basic! No long intro or refresher just the verbs romanized in alphabetical order. You DO need to know the word you are looking for though as there is no index, but it is easy to find what you need. I am so happy with these books. I am teaching myself korean and I am glad I bought these. Review: Good book - Great, only wish it didn’t have romanization

Good Reference Book
I bought the paperback version of this book. This books makes a very good reference book for when you need to look up a Korean verb for its definition, usage, and conjugations. The verbs are listed alphabetically (romanized), one per page. Each page is laid out the same. This makes it easy to quickly thumb through the book looking at the top left of each page for the verb you need. I don't own the ebook/kindle version of this book. While you can't flip through an ebook I imagine that it would make up for that by being able to easily typing in and searching for the words you want. If you are studying Korean and you want something that will teach you Korean words and grammar (like in a lesson or textbook format) then this probably isn't a book that you would get first. This book is one you would refer to when you need to look up a verb you don't know. It would work well as a companion to another book more education-oriented.

Good resource with one caviat
Love how comprehensive and well laid-out this book is. I just wish that the Romanization wasn't as prominent as it is. It's annoying to have to think about how a verb is Romanized just to look it up since it's alphabetized in English rather than Korean.

Works well if you know the alphabet
The short intro assumes you know the romanization system for Korean, but it works pretty well if you can read the alphabet. I find it very useful in checking my production of the many forms of verbs. Note that while adjectives 'conjugate' like verbs, adjectives are not included in this manual. The Korean print is very clear, great font.

There's literally nothing to complain about this book. It has 500 Korean verbs, each verb has one page, very well structured so you easily understand how it works. It has more than I expected: • conjugation in declarative, interrogation, proposition, imperative and adnominal. • every verb in hangeul and in the romanization-form written. • every verb is also conjugated with 'and, or, but, so, in order to, if, not'. • Synonyms, anatonyms, Passive, causative, honorific, and humble are given. • sentence patterns • Sample sentences: at the bottom of the page are 2 examples based on random conjugation forms WITH the English translation and romanization. • free downloadable audio(!): sometimes it is difficult to pronounce words or sentences, so this free audio is very helpful.

C'est le livre que l'on utilise à chaque fois que l'on a une hésitation sur une conjugaison : il est clair , pédagogique et riche en exemples.500 verbes sont conjugués en intégralité , de petits exemples sont donnés à chaque bas de page et il est possible de télécharger sur le site de l'éditeur une audio lisant ces exemples.Bref,c'est le classique que l'on garde à vie dans sa bibliothèque 😀
