I am super impressed with shake the weight diet shakes chocolate mint flavour Within the first two weeks I have dropped over half a stone. I have been very disciplined intended to have a shake in the morning then one at lunch and then an evening balance meal. I’ve also bought the caramel chocolate shake the weight bars and I had previously had the coconut bars. I love them both, but can’t seem to get the coconut bars anymore. Taste great and really helping me with my losing weight mission

Soya free. Taste good.
These are soya free so I find them much more palatable than other more well known brands. They leave you feeling fuller for longer too. Highly recommend!
