Weight:40.41gm. Aluminum lasagna pan, convection oven set to 500c start time: 9:45pm. End time 10:45pm . After 1hr in oven weighed 30.4 GM. Put Hygrometer that reads down to 10% into polyethylene bag filled with air. Hygrometer read 40%. Added above cooked beads to bag and checked in morning.
