Mine did not. Usually you only get grip tape if you buy several grips and it will always state that grip tape is included

The listing says there are 13 grips and other items in a kit. Is this accurate? For the price, this must be an error.

For that price I would have to agree with you. I did purchase a kit with 13 grips and it was around $80 +/- then ruined one of my grips while installing, so I had to order a single.
