The fact that this is a 4 pack allows me to put one in my travel sundry bag and have extras to keep around in case I do lose one.They do keep my nasal airwaves open, so I don't wake up with dry mouth in the morning from mouth breathing. It does not impair my ability to breathe at all. I live and sleep alone, so I don't know if it actually stops the snoring yet. In the past when I traveled, sometimes my companion would mention that I snored. Guess I'll find out when I start going on trips again.The device itself is not uncomfortable, but does take a little getting used to--just a slight bit more than those nose strips that one can never position just right to be effective. ### ⭐ This does not work!!! *by D***N on September 9, 2020* So I normally don't write reviews and I am a bit late with writing but I have to say this product doesn't work... Whatsoever!!! I purchased this item because my husband snores and we've tired ear plugs (which seem to be more effective), another nose plug which has different sizes and the strips! The ear plugs have been more effective than this one!! This item falls out of his nose and it's so small we couldn't find it for 3 days! I would tell anyone who is interested in making a purchase to please DON'T!! A 2x is slightly big but comfortable, if you would like it to fit you like a glove you'll have to go a size smaller then usual.
