The item is a defective one I purchased 2 and both had the same problems! The screw that hold the whistle is bad, doesn’t hold it. Is a waist of your money! Whistle came out, plus the crew is very weak, it will not go all the way down, before it get damage by the little Allen wrench , junk!

Sorry. Hate to give bad reviews, and I never have. But when the product does not work as advertised, a man has to do what a man has to do... Tightened everything once package arrived. Unit came with no set screw and the two pieces of the whistle were loose. Tried it out by simply blowing in it. Worked fine. Tried it on multiple vehicles. Tried a 4, 6 and 8 cylinder. Even 2 cycles. Nothing. Not a sound. I noticed that once I removed it that it would not function even by blowing through it until it cooled down... so heat stops it from working? Seems like a real design flaw on something that you insert into a hot exhaust!!! Super diappointed... sorry, seller....

Works best with cat/muffler delete. I don’t have that but if I hit the pedal to the floor you can hear the exhaust has enough airflow to get the whistle to go. Car has a 3MZ so it has a little go, most likely wouldn’t work on something like a Prius or Honda fit.

Used this for years until my car got totaled, amazing product. I took it off my car as a keepsake and it's pretty messed up, but it still whistles and sounded crazy lol. Hilarious little piece, many people had asked if it was a diesel.

Unless you redline as much as possible with the pedal all the time you will not hear it. Even then it's a very very faint whine not even a tenth as loud as the old can in the bike trick...

I have an 2017 Honda Rebel with a stock fat muffler. But it's not loud at all, great for Neighbors but bad for traffic. Bought this item to increase the sound, but the clamps where to small and had to return it. But WOW the item was $8.99 great price with not shipping cost. But once I went to return it now it's a shipping cost of $5.99 so the item is only $3.00. So that's what is going back into my card. WOW -- If you have a large muffler don't order.

It's B4D4$$!! I absolutely dig it haha very funny to fool people on my 91 thinking it's turbo/d haha. One piece of advice I can give y'all PLEASE NOTE THIS!. The whistle part to the mouth end please add some LOCK TIGHT to it this be my 2nd purchase due to the first one I lost the whistle. Now that I know if my first mistake I now know to lock tight it in because the lock that you out in with the Allen key isn't very well place. So please lock tight it especially if you have a loud muffler the vibration will break it lose.
