Nice Flavour
Nice flavour and they grind well. Huge quantity. I filled a 5 inch grinder with green and red peppers and hardly made a dent in the remaining quantity, which I have now put in an air-proof bag.

Great value and great quality
What's not to like? Dry enough for pepper grinder, or used whole will plump up in sauces, etc. Great value. 250g of green peppercorns is quite a lot, but worth getting. I keep them in a jar.

Really Hot and Spicy
I use crushed peppercorns for making my own salsa, normally with black pepper. For a change I thought I would try green peppercorns. I was really surprised how 'hot' it is compared to black pepper. It adds a real zing! So for anyone who likes a touch of heat to their food - give this a try.
