If you're buying this expecting to take it out of the box and put it to work you'd be better off getting the $4-500 versions. It is mid grade Chinesium. You'll have to completely disassemble it and clean it. Some minor refit work to make it a little better and I would suggest replacing the bolts with quality hardened ones. The scroll bender needs some time on the belt sander to make it an actual radius and not a series of flats. As long as you realize what you're getting into it's a pretty decent bender.

Ok the square bending block would not go over the round turning disk as pictured.. So i placed a 1/4" piece of flat bar under the block to get it to chock up on the metal being bent.. Then it worked.. No instructions.. No tooling to put together.. I don't like sending things back but in this case I had no choice... Other than all that it is very heavy duty..

This is a versatile tool for anyone who uses metal. I have used it to build armatures, bend rebar, and make decorative metal pieces for welding. I like the long handle, which gives plenty of leverage to easily bend the metal. This tool saves time in production and can bend many types of metal.

Hardware all present and correct. But styrofoam and plastic bag packaging inside the cardboard box were not fit for purpose. Both smashed to bits. Parts of the hardware were spread throughout the box. One part was almost slipping out from a flap of the box. Packaging did not survive the journey from the factory in China. No instruction manual. Otherwise looks OK.

I really like it so far. It doesn't come with any instructions. Lots of parts need to be unassembled and moved for different applications. If there is a weak area, it would be the holding vise.

The tool is fairly well made and bends steal easily. No instructions, no pictures, nothing online, no answer on the phone, i.e. no support. I'd like to see the scroll setup specifically.
