Item received in the same type of outer box as advertised on this site. The toy was sealed in a separate bag in the package. I assumed it usually ships in this manner, but now I question if this is an original packaged item or repackaged item as it was missing listed items. Opened the package and the item had some stray pieces at the opening of the point where you can enter the toy. It had one large dirty looking piece that can only be described as a burned or possibly greasy appearance from, what I can only guess, a flaw from the manufacturing process, I hope. Trimmed that piece off and it appears to have kept its shape through that removal process, I mention that as this item is extremely soft and was difficult to cut. It took a few tries using different cutting tools, definately recommend using an extremely sharp cutting tool to trim something like this. Color and appearance are definitely not like the advertisement photos, this item was much paler and more translucent. Like one reviewer said this item is very "floppy" and does not hold its form very well, very true, was hoping the wife and I could use this one but softer that one of the other toys we found on the mark which we threw out for being too soft. Item had a powder coating on the shell and I used some soap and water to remove the powdery coating, item was flipped inside out (soft enough to do such an act without tearing it) and washed that too but, now that I have gone so far as to try and clean this item, don't think it is likely returnable for a refund. I definitely will learn to just inspect and return such an item with the flaws and missing items instead of trying to clean it up. I would like to also note that another reviewer had taken a photo which showed the package of lube and cleaner that should come with this toy (this site also claims it should contain those items) they were not in the package. I am definitely disappointed in this item. Not going to recommend it, sorry.

First, a review of the 'stroker' side of this thing; Use water based lube for this one, as silicone based lubes can leave it feeling sticky (perhaps reacting with the material a bit) after cleaning it. The inside of it has a ribbed texture, which is uniform throughout the interior. The first insertion I made into this toy, the air trapped inside caused an interesting air bubble in the head of the cock, but a simple poke from a needle resolved that issue. Doing that actually made cleaning it easier, because the pinhole became a quasi-urethra, allowing me to rinse out the leftovers of play by holding it under the faucet, and letting water run through it before applying toy cleaner. A downside to this toy is that it's quite flimsy, and if you douse the toy in lube, it's kinda hard to keep a hold of it while using it. Fun idea for a toy but lacking in many ways. No odor and nice looking veins, but that's about it. The toy is very mushy and doesn't hold its shape, just flops over. After opening the box, there was dirt all over the toy. I tried cleaning it off without success as the material is very sticky/clinging. When I tried to wipe it dry, it was like wiping away dead skin off the toy. There is no hole/pass through to clean the toy after use and I can only imagine how dirty it will be inside. When something is inserted, the tip creates a weird air bubble where there is a cube of material which another review mentioned. Given I will be taking this straight to the trash, I cut it open, see pic, and inside is slightly ribbed otherwise just smooth material inside. If you are over a foot long this will accommodate as the material is very stretchy. I would not recommend this product.
