You have to know how to use it
You have to know how to use it the right way. The cheese has to be soaked in water for a while (I soaked for 2 hours) and I had to make sure I did not add it to the pizza until there were only 7 minutes left before the pizza was done cooking otherwise it would burn/dry out. To get the right consistency add this cheese only during the last 7 minutes of baking the pizza.

Extremely small amount for the price small can not a number ten
The photo is deceiving Make sure you look at the weight it is a very tiny little can most dry stuff comes in a number 10 can this was about the size of the soup can very disappointed in the price for such a tiny little amount

Cheese Glorious Cheese
I was not too happy that the can looked like a number 10 can and ended up being a number 3 can (lol) but when I opened it, the cheese was FABULOUS and the product arrival time was spectacular. I really didnt mind that the can was so small, for a small can it has alot of cheese. I used in a lasagna and still have enough for atleast two more pasta dishes...I cook for about 10 people a day and I will be ordering more soon.
