Take them every day. They were prescribed for dry eye. 3 a day was a bit much, I’m taking 2 a day now. They do not make me burp up fish smell either.

I have a disease called keratoconus and also dry eyes and this has helped me keep my eyes healthier. I just wished it was cheaper since I have to buy it often.

This is not cheap but after having severe dry eyes that my eye dr was so concerned about and using expensive eye drops and decided to buy them at his office because I saw the reviews when I googled the product. People said it made a big difference in their eyes. When I went back for my follow up, he was astonished at the turnaround. I told him I had decided to buy his instead of Nordic Natural brand. He was so pleased as he thought I had Shjrogens with as severe as my eyes were. Now I’m a firm believer in this product and will use it permanently because they feel so much better since using it. I didn’t know that Amazon carried this and just looked during Black Friday and it was much cheaper than what I get at my drs office. If you have dry eyes then this is the one you want. Check the label and see what fish they get this from. I had never paid attention to that. But once I compared this had the wild caught fish that is needed. They are easy to swallow and no aftertaste. Trust me…this is the brand to buy for quality fish oil supplements.

I take these because my doctor wants me to, I honestly can’t tell a difference in my eyes other than the fact that all these eye drops make them feel worse. They’re big and expensive but come highly recommend and don’t seem to have any quality issues. They get 4 star because they don’t have a whole month supply in a single bottle.

Really helped prevent dry eyes. It also significantly increased my energy levels. Capsules are quite big if you have trouble swallowing such things. Also great to keep them in the freezer and take from there. Absolutely no awful taste or burbs.
