Gotham Steel Hammered 15Pc Pots and Pans Set Non Stick Ceramic Cookware Set

I don't care what others may have said, let's just face it there are people out there paid to discredit others. I wanted to use this cookware for many weeks before giving my review. I followed the directions! I didn't use any spray oil, only butter or oil. I don't usually cook dry but have no doubt nothing would stick as I used the steamer a lot and small pieces fall through and stick to the side of the pan but they wipe off easily. I have never had to soak or scrub and actually could have just used a paper towel to wipe clean. I have cooked everything from pasta meals to meats, eggs, and browned potatoes with no problems. Heat distribution is superb. I had always wanted cookware I could display below my dishes and this cookware is beautiful. It doesn't discolor and looks brand new after many weeks of constant use. I read some of these reviews and really thought long and hard about whether to try it. I'm also grateful for the price. If I had seen them beforehand I would have been willing to spend easily much more. The price is unbelievably low for the quality. The bakeware was also included and it's the same heavy duty quality. My muffins and cakes were perfect and slid right out. Again, I didn't use spray oils and that may be the issue some have had.

Attractive and well made set. I’ve already washed in the dishwasher and the set dried well. Also, this far , there is no sticking to the pans.

These pans are great. If you read the instructions on the best way to use them, I think they will last forever. I tried stainless steel....fail. I used every trick and tip I could find and everything I cooked in them would stick. Not these pans. I only hand wash, takes 2 seconds. No metal utensils, low to medium heat and NO non stick cooking spray. I poured a little olive oil in the pan... no stick. I used a little butter.. no stick I used nothing this morning, fried eggs.. NO stick. So far, they are great. I cook twice a day, so even though I've owned them a short time, I have used them a lot. I took a picture of the pan after I cooked the eggs and right after I cleaned it. Even the bottom of the pan still looks new. I've used this pan about 10 times already.

This is the second time I've purchased the Gotham steel hammered copper set, the first time I only bought pans and my wife wanted to complete the set by getting pots as well. We have never had an issue with cleaning these or cooking with these and they look beautiful

I saw this set and I loved it. Was buying my first set to move out. I tried so hard to not burn or scratch, but it just does so easy. I'm the kind of cook that turns my back, and I was hoping for the price these would be forgiving. So many scorch marks, burnt on food, and oil that has just stuck to it. The big pot has discolored completely as the base. Impossible to clean off stuck food, even with boiling water, soaking, salt, Scrub daddy or a combination of all. I know its not a scorch stain because it comes off if i scratch it with my nail. Scratches easily on the inside, and even the outside does, which is not forgiving since it exposes the silver under. I wanted to to love this set so much, especially with how pretty is it. But my 20 dollar walmart pan which has definitely seen some tough abuse has held up much better.

This set is exactly as advertised. I cooked some smoked sausage in the skillet added water and put the lid on. Got distracted with a few things and when I looked at the skillet the water had boiled dry and the bottom of the skillet was Black…Sausage was delicious and the clean up was a breeze and looks great!!

I have seriously spent thousands of dollars over the years trying to find a good nonstick skillet and pans. I have purchased expensive, high quality (All-Clad, Le Creuset, Calphalon Elite, Green Pan, T-Fal, etc) non-stick, ceramic, stainless steel, copper, cast iron, etc, but delicate foods (especially eggs) always stuck to the skillet no matter how well I seasoned them (or didn't if the directions said not to). Then, I discovered this set while staying in an AirBnB. I couldn't believe how nonstick the skillets were and how evenly they distributed the heat! We used them on a gas stove in the BnB, and we have a flat top, so I was a little worried, but I was so frustrated with having to scrub all my super-expensive skillets that I figured I couldn't lose with the price of this set, so I pulled the trigger for Christmas this year as a last minute impulse buy. OH MUH GAWD! I am sooooooo mad at myself for waiting so long to purchase this set!!!!!! They are SERIOUSLY the best set of cookware I have ever purchased!!! Now, are they the heaviest? No. Do the handles get hot when cooking? Yes. Will they last forever? I have no idea, but at this price I can buy a new set in 3-5 years and still be ahead compared to all the other skillets I've purchased! I mean seriously, for LESS THAN THE PRICE OF ONE SKILLET at Williams and Sonoma, I got an entire set of amazing pots, pans, and bakeware!! I'm getting another set when my daughter moves out for college in the fall, and I'm getting my m-i-l a set to replace her flaking T-Fal pots that are slowly poisoning her family (or maybe she just uses them when I visit? ;-)). Heck, this set is so amazing that I might just buy a set for everyone I know!! Now, don't get me wrong, I'm not going to get rid of my larger stainless steel pieces or my cast iron skillet because this set doesn't fulfill the needs they do. But for weekend eggs, Friday fish, and baking, these are going to be my go-to!!! Do not hesitate to buy this set, you won't regret it!!!

I was initially drawn to the Gotham Steel Hammered 15-Piece Ceramic Set because of its stunning design. The hammered copper finish gives it a high-end, elegant look that really elevates the kitchen aesthetic. It’s lightweight, heats evenly, and the non-stick surface works wonderfully—at first. Unfortunately, the beauty is only skin deep. After just a few uses, I noticed that the ceramic coating is extremely prone to scratching. Even using the green (abrasive) side of a standard kitchen sponge left visible marks. Once scratched, the non-stick properties are essentially gone, and food starts sticking more and more with each use. This set might be fine if you're extremely careful and only use soft sponges and silicone utensils. But for everyday cooking and cleaning, it just doesn’t hold up. It’s disappointing because the set has so much potential, but durability is a major issue. Pros: *Gorgeous hammered copper design *Lightweight and easy to handle *Heats evenly *Non-stick (initially) Cons: *Scratches very easily *Green sponge or any abrasive material will ruin the surface *Non-stick coating wears off quickly If you're looking for cookware that looks great on display and you're willing to baby it, this might work for you. But if you need something durable for daily use, you may want to look elsewhere.

Saw these and impulse bought them without reading the description fully. Didn't realise you can't use them unless you have a convection cooker. No good for a gas cooker. The price seemed good, at half price, so I thought, they're at least half that again now I've bought them.

These cleanup the best of any set I have ever owned. They also distribute heat and cook evenly (in frying pans). Any stuck food just comes off with a rinse and light brushing in the sink. Don't even need a cooking oil spray when frying most times. Absolutely love the hammered copper look. Only drawback is the LID handles can get too warm to use your hands to remove. They are insulated from the glass, but still absorb heat. Oven mitts or equal are needed. The pot and pan handles are fine for heat. First time owning a stove top steamer, it works great for veggies and also shellfish (clams and scallops). Love the bakeware items included... the loaf pan and large baking sheet. Again, food just releases off it.

This is the 2nd time I have purchased these fantastic pan's. The 1st lasted 7 years and probably would have lasted 7 more, but these were pretty and came with the baking pan's too. These were cheaper than my 1st set. The baking pan's are thick not flimsy like normal bakeware. These are exactly as advertised, I know that they will last for years. You won't be disappointed and they sure are pretty and professional looking like a master chef would use.
