What are the dimensions?

It is approximately 13 1/2 inches long and 10 inches wide. It is 10 inches high at the ends and 6 1/2 inches high in the middle. The picture showing 4 bottles is an accurate one.

Is it dishwasher safe?

Easy to wash by hand never considered putting it in dishwasher. The heat over time might damage the clarity

Will this bucket condensate on the outside??

Yes it will, but it took a long time before it started. If I recall it was out for a few hours before the condensation started.
