This mirror is so cute and fun! It's very durable an and a nice craft. Easy to decorate and so fun for pretend play. The size is perfect for home or travel play.

I have gifted at least 3 of these this year to different little girls. It inspires creativity, they can be proud of their finished product, and proud of doing it themselves! (With adult supervision of course) It's the perfect size and a great price, and they all loved it and I got to see the different ways they decorated their princess mirrors! Next year I plan to give them to my own 2 girls as well. I'd say 3-6 would be the perfect age for this gift. This is a great little activity for some 'Mom and Me' time!

Totally cute mirror, and was so surprised that it came in a purple plastic box that can be reused! To me, it seems like this should be more $ and I'm surprised it doesn't cost a couple of bucks more but boy am I glad that it doesn't. I can use it for a party craft and will put a labeled name of each guest on each one so they can work on it, place it in the box to dry and then take the whole tray w/their name on it home with them. Cute, a good size and a quick, relatively mess-free craft that the kids can take home. It's also something that I'm pretty sure won't get thrown out right away unless it breaks or something.

'I am a princess, Dad' is something I hear about a half dozen times throughout the day. Our daughter is 3 and a half so we are still experimenting when it comes to finding toys that she will play with for more than 10 minutes before moving on. Finding something that allows her to use her imagination sans batteries and buttons is always something that is a plus in my mind. There is a little gluing involved with the colored gems so Mom helped out initially in the design and decorating stage of putting this mirror together. If you have a child that likes to put things in her mouth this may be a consideration in deciding whether this toys is right for them. The quality of materials, construction and packaging is typical Melissa & Doug standards. This wooden princess mirror would make a nice gift for your own child or someone else's.

As always, Melissa and Doug products continue to be a favorite in our house. Up until earlier this year I hadn't realized how many different things they sold. I have a 5 yr old who is probably their biggest fan. And I'm a fan, as a lot of their items are add-ons. They are always delivered quickly, cost efficient and tons of fun for the little ones. This d.i.y.magic mirror is really cute and easy for the kids. I especially like that the glitter glue came out of the tube easy enough for small hands. I'm usually doing a hand-over-hand type thing when it comes to that. But these were very easy for her. The mirror itself is wooden and about 7-8 inches or so. And the outcome was a darling little mirror ♡ Thumbs up :)

This was perfect for my four year old granddaughter. She had earlier received another of the exact same item, but was very excited when she opened the one I gave her and asked her Mom if she could decorate it right then. She was able to decorate it without help and was so happy to have two mirrors. The wooden tray that it comes in is quite sturdy, and gives her a place to keep the mirror, plus hair clips, etc. She loves crafts, so I will definitely be buying more Melissa & Doug products in the future, not only for her, but also for her cousins.

Would make a great gift. My daughter had so much fun with it! She got to be creative and plays with it all the time now. Great craft when we are stuck at home.

My 6yr old girl received this through the post when she was off school, poorly and she loved it. Really perked her up and she sat and did it at the table with no supervision or grumbles, kept her engrossed.
