Negative reviewers and buyers who may be disappointed with this item might want to read this.My original, negative review is below. I have since realised the error of my ways. The strap was coming disconnected from the watch because I was not attaching the strap to the watch correctly. To make sure they are attached correctly, there must be a 'click' sound. If you do not hear this sound, the strap will come off at some point. Before I realised this was the issue, I could pull the strap from the watch with ease. Since I have made sure the strap had clicked in to place, I can not pull it out. Give this a try before leaving poor feedback/returning. Good luck!Below is my old review..Unfortunately I ignored the ither reviews warning that this strap is not fit for purpose, and I bought 3 anyway. I really wish I hadn't bothered. Off the bat the material of the strap itself feels identical to the Fitbit strap. The benefit of this firm rubber strap is the pip at the end of the strap that holds it down has a snug fit and doesn't come undone through normal use. The fit is great with the straps lining up perfectly with the edge of the watch. The clasp of the charcoal strap is gun metal grey.What to watch out for:One thing I noticed is that the strap ends (clips) are a tight fit. At first I thought the strap didn't fit as they slid in place but didn't clip in, so just fell out. They just need to be pushed in with a little force to get them to click into place. Nothing over the top, just take the watch off and use two hands. The pressure is a little more than I have needed to use on other straps I've purchased, which have just clicked into place. Once they are in though, the fit is perfect.Overall:Very pleased and would recommend this strap to anyone if they are in the market for a new one or just want to change the look of their watch. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ More comfortable than Ionic supplied strap *by C***H on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 29 December 2018* This is my third purchase (well technically the second as Amazon 'lost' the second. The strap is as well made as the supplied version but I find it more flexible (supple) so prefer to wear this - love the colour too.
