Great brace for general support NOT an immobilizer type
Excellent back brace and I should know since I’m a chiropractor. This is not the type for post-op or if you need immobilization. More just for support for a simple sprain strain type of injury.

Easy to use, works very well
If your lower back gets tired or sore, this helps support. Helps keep posture sitting. Works with a long day golfing too. Easy on and off velcro, to let air dry golfing or boating on a hot day. Helps keep back warm on a cool day. If near in between sizes, order larger.

Bad back.
This is a great product, however when I wear it on my lower back, it does slide up above the waist. My Dr. recommended this product. The Dr. told me, a woman has hips, an it will ride up. I still wear it, as it does releive my back. It is good for men. I do wear it when lifting, or shoveling snow. Anything that puts pressure on my back. It is very easy to use and adjust, and the size was good. I would recommend it, if you have back problems.

It is a great support for my back. It’s not uncomfortable and doesn’t constrict my movement, The back pain I experience is greatly diminished. Would recommend it.
