Perfect for cocktails!
BlueHenry dehydrated lemon wheels are our favorite! We use them in all of our cocktails. Get all the flavor that we would get from fresh - without any waste if we don’t use fresh lemons fast enough before they go bad.

Very good product
I was worried when the package of lemon slices arrived in a box with another item and it wasn’t well protected. But the package had very little broken lemon pieces. Worked perfectly for my dessert garnish! Great lemon aroma. I need to try them in some drinks. Would definitely order again.

Poor consistency
I have purchased these and love these a couple times over the past few years, but haven’t bought a new box in probably about a year. I really liked them because even though they were dehydrated, they looked festive and like lemon slices with yellow white peel, and a nice golden center. I just ordered a new box and I am very disappointed. These are extremely brown and crispy looking. Not at all what I want to put in my teas and beverages. I don’t know if this is a typical lot variation, or if something has shifted in production over the time I haven’t purchased them. I’m hoping for the former, but I’m going to be hesitant to purchase again since you get so many in a box and it takes me a while to use them. I still give them 4 stars, because of my past experience.

Amazing flavor, super convenient great for cocktails and summer refreshers
Bought theses to garnish cocktails and add flavor to summer ice teas. Delicious lemon scent upon opening. Also they came in great condition, not crushed, nice shape and color. As a bartender I really love this, so do my friends when they taste the drinks. Great flavor, resealable package, super convenient to store, no need to worry they’ll go bad like fresh lemons. Would definitely order again when I finish this pack.

Absolutely delicious!!
These dehydrated lemon wheels are absolutely delicious and I love that they are made here in the USA!!! They are so fresh and delicious in my cocktails and eating them alone. These are so good that I just ordered the dehydrated blood oranges—-can’t wait till I receive them and I’ll definitely write a review. Bonus- the sellers are very prompt in shipping and they are well packaged!
