BIRRIA in an INSTANT!! 😎👍
Do you have some beef roast in the fridge? Do you have an insta-pot (High Pressure Cooker)? Do you have Chef Merito Birria Marinade??? Then you have everything you need to make instant Birria!! We just tried this over the weekend. (Sorry, no pictures) Had about 3 lbs of shoulder roast and placed it into the instapot. Added about a 3rd of a can of Birria Marinade and equal amount of water. Set it to medium for about 1.5 hours and TADDA* Birria was done!! Just went in there with a couple of forks to pull all the meat apart and let it sit in it's juices. Made the whole house smell like a Mexican restaurant! On a hot cast iron pan, I melted some bacon grease (can use pork lard, beef tallow or butter) and brought it up to medium high. I dipped a tortilla in the Birria juice and fried one side, flipped, added cheese and and Birria meat into it and folded, flipped one more time and serve!... Best Birria tacos I have had in a long long time!! 😎👍

Easy for Quesabirria tacos
Excellent, easy to use. 3 lb 2" cubed beef chuck roast, 1/3 cup of this, toss to coat, add 2 cups chicken or beef broth, cube a large onion, and cook in the Instant Pot 45 minutes, then natural pressure release 10 minutes. Use tongs to shred and make quesabirria tacos!

LOVE HATE
I GREW UP WITH THE MOTHER THAT MAKES THEE BEST BIRRIA. UNFORTUNATELY SHE CAN'T GIVE ME THE RECIPE BECAUSE SHE WINGS IT EVERYTIME. THIS ALMOST TASTE THE SAME. THE ONLY BACK DRAW IS IT TENDS TO GET SALTIER BY THE MINUTE. I ADD NO EXTRA INGREDIENTS SO I DO NOT KNOW WHY THIS HAPPENS. OTHER THAN THAT IT IS A GOOD RECIPE.

It’s good, but the packaging…
Ok the flavor is a 10/10 it tastes so good! Very easy to use, I used Short Ribs instead of a Chuckroast and it was really good! I also threw in some Tomatoes, onion, cilantro and a stick a cinnamon and it’s the bomb! I’d also say it’s not too salty Ok so the box it was shipped in was fine, HOWEVER something needs to be done with the seals on the lid it looks like it was poured into the jar without having the edges cleaned before putting the seal ontop of it. I’m lucky the stickers I had in with the box didn’t get sauce on them otherwise I’d be super livid.

OMG ... What was that?
So I was trolling TikTok and getting depressed with political posts and dances I can no longer do when I was hit with an ad for Biria Taco balls. Since I trust TikTok marketplace about the same as I do my high school friends that failed science and now give medical advice; I searched Amazon for a real option. I decided to buy this little gem and try it. I decided to test it on a cheap piece of pork loin I got on BOGO from my local Publix (FL!). I cut up 1.5 sweet onions, diced the 2lb loin into manageable sizes, 1/2 the container, and about 1.5 cups of water (could've done 2). Placed the crock pot on "set it and forget it" for 5 hours. He's my review: Smell/Look 5/5 The sauce looked potent and flavorful right out of the plastic jar. The robust color told me this was made by a 65yr old nana from Mexico. After about 2 hours, I couldn't stand it and had to do a full sniff test 👃 ... I wish this was a cologne. Taste 5/5* Wait ... What was that? That wasn't supposed to be so sweet and flavorful. I'm assuming I put to many sweet onions in the batch because the taste was sweet and delicious (not what I was expecting). I thought someone tampered with the sauce but then I remembered the crap-ton of onions I added which might have adjusted the DNA. I went ahead and added oil to a hot pan, dipped my soft shell in the heavenly juices, added some meat, fresh ground white sharp cheese, waited a minute, folded, and patiently awaited greatness. I did this 3x and then created a consume bowl to dip my prizes in. WHOLLY F***BALLS BATMAN ... Delicious 😋. Value ??/?? Who cares! I ran straight to these comments like a paparazzi with a secret so I could share the "tea". Damn this was good. Then I placed an order for 3 more jars. Summary: This was so damn simple and flavorful that I can't wait to try this on a real roast. What did I learn? 1/2 jar + 2 cups of water for 2lbs of meat. Add more water if you want more drip. Add celantro and raw onions for texture. Add a splash of Sriracha, less onion to reduce sweetness and add a kick. Enjoy!

Birria seasoning
This has been my absolute favorite seasoning to use when I make birria! My family kept asking me where I had bought it, they didn’t believe I made it at home.

This is a paste/liquid
Good flavor, good amount, good packaging, but I didn't realize it was a liquid/paste. I was really expecting powder. I'm not sure what seasoning is extra strong in this, but one flavor stands out more than others. Not bad. Add this to Ramen! Delicious

This item was ordered and shipped as planned. However when I went to unscrew to cap, it was slightly lose and the safety seal under the cap was (as in the photo) open. I went to process a return request but it is not allowed for return.

Received the bottle with some liquid by the top. It seems closed with a bare minimal hole somewhere. Regardless, I used almost all the contents. Tastes very good! Later when in the fridge, I found that there was a "slice" very hard to notice right at the bottom.
