Very happy with this supplement so far and does help with muscle recovery, hydration and boost of energy, but with no side effects. I have used this later in the evening and seemed to sleep better. Peach mango flavor is okay, not much flavor. Love the clean ingredients, but a little hard to mix up.

this is my first BCAA workout powder ive tried before so i have nothing to compare it to but it taste pretty good. i can feel that my recovery time is shortened.

The supplement seems to work as intended. That being said, it is way too sweet. The sort of sweet that makes you spit it out at first. I mean these drinks are all usually very sweet. But other products simply taste like juice that has too much mix. This? This just taste like pure sugar with a hint of mango. Still, as I said, it renders the results I want out of a BCAA supplement. So I'll keep taking it.

This came as a substitute flavor replacement to the peach mango and I ended up really enjoying it. I sip on it during strength workouts and I definitely feel like it makes a difference in muscle recovery.

Love these, I order them every month, really helps with muscle soreness and energy level (not like a stimulant, I am just less tired overall). I had a baby 10 months ago and body recovery and rest is important and I really think these help. I also love that they don't use the bad dyes that other brands do. Note, I don't work out often, I think these are great for just day to day living and not just building muscle in the gym.
