We bought this to take the sinew off pork loin although we’ve not tried the knife yet we are confident that it will do the trick. It feels a sturdy knife and easy to hold and sharp too, can’t wait to give it a go.

Some kitchen accessories are very over-looked. Sharp kitchen knives, I know are one of them. Laying, sulking, in the draw. Blunt & dull, they are left to rest in the kitchen-retirement-draw! If they are blunt, sharpen them. Easy to use, hand sharpeners are on this site. This knife is a 5* excellent one to use. Light, almost delicate to use. I use this one to fillet fish, bone chicken, game. Even removing bones from lamb or pork is made easier. Fairly flexible too. It's not a "general-purpose" knife, but a specific one. Over 50 years in the meat trade, I know you need a knife for the job in hand.

Purchased the knife to replace an old knife with a broken handle. Was looking at much more expensive knives, however after reading the reviews from other users, I thought I would give it a chance. Delivered next day with Prime, and I was not disappointed. Knife was sharp out the box, no fancy cases or anything, but knife blade was covered with a plastic sheath. Wife loves the knife when slicing chicken. Says its so easy to make cuts. All in all, for the price, cannot fault.

Really good product that can glide through meat easily. I haven't managed to get it shaving sharp but I would definitely buy this product again. Brilliant blade at an equally brilliant price for quality of steel
