Any ideas?** A: If you have followed the instructions, added the water and switched it on you should see quite a stream of mist. If not send it back. It is so good however, I ordered a second one **Q: Is there a way to clean the lid/cover. It's is quite black. Is there a way to take the lid apart. A cloth just does not work.** A: It’s hard. The best attempt I had was with a toothbrush. unfortunately the lid gets mouldy, and for sure it’s not healthy to blow out those fungus spores.
