Easy to use & cook the food quickly. recently I have moved to using the SS kadai, pan & casserole, etc... as I want to revamp my cooking utensils. after reading the reviews of this brand Stahl I went ahead to purchased 1.5 Litr small Kadai. I'm writing this review after 02 usages of this SS wok. I found it good. Looking nice on my Hob, a decent one. If quality is good it's better to invest in such utensils. we can cook for 1-2 people, so my purpose is sufficed. the guidelines and basic instructions are given. so I read them carefully as I was using it 1st time.

Great product that works beyond expectations. The heat distribution while cooking is even and stable resulted in perfectly cooked vegetables. Spread little amount of oil with help of a tissue paper before heating on the surface and very less oil is needed after that. Heavier and better than other brands triply. Very easy to clean and maintain. Would buy more of it surely in other sizes. My only concern is I'm not explained the metallurgical difference between triplex and triply because both are different terms and that is where my concern is. The manual speaks of cleaning up of food and tart items quickly and that makes me wonder why does steel surface come with such instructions.

I have ordered stahl triply tasla 1.6 ltrs considering as best brand but total waste of money. I am using other brand similar size tasla from last 6 months and no issues. But stahl kadai on first use started showing stains and rainbow colors. Customer care will give you Instructions on usage but not worth spending high cost for this tasla. Other brands are better.
