I have the large dog toy version of this for our two great danes and 7 years later they still love it and play with it! I saw this tiny, super cute version with the chain for hanging and the little bell inside for ringing and thought our 37 year old amazon parrot would love it just as much. Haha instead of hol-ee roller my bird was more like hol-ee sh** what is that!!?? Haha he does love bells so I'm sure after he gets used to it he will love this as much as he does his other toys. Like the hol-ee roller toy for dogs this is very well made and seems like it will also stand up to biting and tugging. Easy to put treats inside for foraging and the bell makes a delicate ring that is easily heard but pleasant to hear, especially when you're watching TV or reading. I received this in a very pretty blue color.

I took the bells out because they encourage hormonal behavior. Other than that, my birds love them. I have them hanging from the ceiling, and my birds will land on them and kind of swing.

My conure is turning 19 this year, and all 19 of his years he’s had this toy in his cage. It’s his ABSOLUTE favorite. Conures love to ring their bells, and this one is so versatile. I fill it with nuts, nutriberries, pellets, newspaper strips- all sorts of items for an easy foraging activity. I’ve also leave it empty sometimes because he also loves chewing on it or just hanging from it. It lasts a pretty good amount of time considering how much he bangs it up and unlike everything else in this economy, the price has stayed pretty consistent over these nearly two decades. I replace it about every year or so, once he’s torn through and is able to get to the bell. It’s a great, inexpensive toy option and an absolute hit with your feathered companion. I have spent thousands upon thousands on toys over the years and this one is always a winner.

Bought this for my baby Green Cheek and he loves it!! He is constantly playing with it and swings on it. It is a perfect size for a small or a large bird. If you don't mind the jingling of a bell all day it is a beautiful sound. (I love wind chimes) It is a very solid tough rubber, not a heavy piece but tough enough for a small or medium size bird. I dont think it would last long with a large bird. I have 2 now a green one when he's not in his cage and a red one when he is in his cage. My budgies like them too. It's like a semi-squishy ball but tougher.

My parrot loves these. It takes a while for him to pull it apart.
