Excellent value, nutritionally and monetarily
Pair this with chinese chili flake oil for a tasty snack on it's own or on saltines. Plenty of good nutrients, including Selenium and your fish oils. It's not overly salty but no need to add any extra. Great looking filets.

I love kippers! Brunswick kippers are one of my favorites. All flavors. This one is extra smoked for a particular experience with olives, onion Crea cheese and crackers or veggies! Highly recommend.. xo

Great for breakfast or brunch with scrambled eggs and home fries. Lots of protein and healthier than bacon. The British have a good idea there!
