I had it for over a year now. It was delivered quickly and in perfect condition. Size as expected. Most of shelf space is given to frozen dinners (can stash about 10), the rest of the space can be used to store ice cream or any other shorter/non-boxed items. Set the temperature control once and never had to touch it again. It's quiet - I can hear it humming but it's an ambient noise, I usually don't even notice it. Mine does get a bit of frosting on the interior, but it's minor. I finally defrosted it after 12 months of use, only because it's a recommended part of the maintenance. Defrost was amazingly easy. I had it unplugged and open, left for 15 min or so, then the ice started to come off by itself in pieces. I scooped them out, wiped the inside clean and dry, and that was it. The entire process took 20 min. Easiest maintenance, ever. Overall, this fridge lives up to all expectations, great quality and a fantastic value for the price. Would highly recommend.

I got this for our NYC apartment. I wanted to be able to stock up on food, and this freezer was perfect. We have a standard fridge/freezer in our apartment, but I wanted to be able to shop less and freeze more. This fridge freezes perfectly, it's compact, and it fits easily in a small bedroom. We're able to fit tons of meat, frozen fruits, veggies, etc inside. We just throw a pretty shawl on top of it and use it as a side table. Highly recommend for people short on space like us!

It's larger than I expected, in a good way! The space inside held more than I thought it would. It fit perfectly where I had it planned to go. It's a little noisy tho, if this was in a dorm and you slept in the same room, it may irritate lol Mine however is in my work room, and over the hustle and bustle of doing my work, I dont hear it, only when the room is quiet do I notice its rattle noise. I still gave it 5 star!!

When I first got the fridge immediately plugged it in to see how loud it was, as some reviews said it was very loud, while others said it was quiet. I plugged it in just to hear it, and not only was it loud it was gurgling and hissing, and the top was very, very warm to the touch. I was very disappointed, because this was a deal breaker. The directions say to let it stand for 24 hours before plugging in, especially if it was moved and not standing upright. I unplugged the fridge and let it sit. I decided it was too loud and had to be returned. Well,15 hours after leaving it to sit and I guess settle itself, I plugged it back in and it made a HUGE difference, it was like night and day, a completely different freezer It was ultra quiet, it was no longer warm to the touch and I LOVE IT. There is an indentation at the top of the stainless steel fridge door, that I did not do, and I live alone. But that is not a deal breaker. It’s very cold right now and I’m excited to start using it. LET IT SIT BEFORE PLUGGING IT IN. The directions say 24hrs, I let mines sit for about 15hrs and it made all the difference. I keep checking it to make sure it is still working. That’s how quiet it is. LET IT SIT!!!

I needed this mainly for all the ice packs we use for pain. We had so many we didn't have much room for food in our apt size fridge! I love that the shelves are removable. There is a ton of space. I remember reading somewhere that things will stay frozen for 2 days if you don't open the door but I accidentally turned off the surge protector for 6 hrs and couldn't get it to freeze right again. Fortunately they have the BEST support dept I've ever had to utilize. They get right back to you and have actually read what your problem is! Then they follow up to make sure you're problem is resolved. I'm super happy I purchased this and would do it again in a heartbeat. Oh, btw it's placed in my bedroom as my apt is so small. I'm a light sleeper due to pain but the sound of it coming on and off is quiet enough it doesn't wake me up.

This really is an awesome addition to keep my meat in a seperate location from my freezer, which was always too packed and never had enough room to avoid the constant falling out of items when you open the door(even a bottom freezer didn't help me). Its nice and compact, keeps a steady temp and I saw no rise in my electric bill from using it so far. My biggest recognition is the A +++ customer service I was given right from the start. I love a seller who stands behind a product and add them to my list of trusted sources to shop from. I've always found if they stand behind it, that it's a good product that won't let me down, so it's a win win when they do. I hope they continue to offer more products as they're my go to source for additional items needed in the home.

Have used this freezer for three months now and am very satisfied with the quality and performance. It was easy to set up although the plastic coverings were somewhat of a struggle, but clearly there to protect the surfaces. Thus far frost accumulation is minimal. Have not needed to adjust the initial freezing level at all.

This freezer stopped working a couple of months after purchase. The seller Sara Inc does not respond and neither Amazon or the manufacturer will honor the warranty. Do not buy!!!
