The sales person did great. Item arrived faster than expected. The female external catheter is not for a immobile person. The tubing is not able to drain with flat laying person. The fluid flows into the cup and seeps out around the bottom edges. Perhaps if person knows they need to urinate and can sit on edge of bed to help guide the flow thru tubing than maybe it would work for them. I am not sure if it would seal even than unless maybe they held it a certain way. We tried to do everything we could to get it to work for mother but there is no way for it to be properly sealed or positioned on a immobile individual we really hoped it would to prevent from having to use internal caths

Just bought this for my mom & it works just the way she wanted it to! We were surprised by how well it worked the first time. I would definitely recommend this.

Do not buy. Doesn't work. Leaks, plus no real instructions in English. Only Chinese. Made for a small child

First, I did not like the product because I had some issues feeding it to my mother, I had to extend the elastic to my mothers waist because it was too tight and she’s not a big person. Once I extended the elastic, my mother has been using it every night, and no spill since she started using it. I would have given it a five if the elastic would have been longer.
