Great for water exercise, but shorter bar between the foam dumbbells at only 14" may be a consideration for some. The bar plus dumbbells measures about 28". I actually like the shorter length because its easier to tote around. I can comfortably sit on the padded bar, but two of my friends did NOT have enough width to sit on the bar. The foam dumbbells are very compact with less air than some barbells that are more like Styrofoam. I like the compactness and the shorter length because I think that may create more water resistance, which I like because I use them to work out. The padded bar is comfortable to grip with your hands and to stand on, too. So far I have only used them a few times, so I have no info on durability yet, but they seem well made and will last for quite a while. I am happy with this purchase and would recommend them to other water exercisers.

Very good product useful well built

This is the same learning tool that they use at the swim club where my grandchildren take swimming lessons. So they can get extra practice at home in the pool. With supervision, they remove their swim vest and hang their arms over the bar while kicking their feet.

This aquatic bar has been an excellent tool for teaching swim lessons. I use it regularly for private lessons, and it works well for a variety of skill levels. Beginners can comfortably hold on to practice front floats, while more advanced swimmers use it to learn front stroke and refine their technique. It’s sturdy, easy to use, and very effective for building confidence and improving skills in the water. A great addition for any swim instructor.
