I ordered two different necklaces of this brand. Both are good quality. One came UPS with a nice gift box; however, the other arrived USPS in a plastic bag with no gift box. Odd.

Great necklace. I was able to customize the phrases I wanted on it and it was created and received quickly. The etched phrases are beautifully done and very easy to read. I created it as a reminder to me about what I need to focus on.....just breathe, believe in yourself, be strong and f..k depression. After searching for exactly this type of necklace that I could customize, I found this one and am thrilled with the results.

Chain looks cheap but pendant is nice.

Exactly what I wanted. I got it fit the pendant and bought a new chain. Chain was very cheap looking. What could you expect for the cost? No complaints.
