I’m looking for chart that will help me determine what reading glasses and computer glasses size i need add

The eye chart is intended to let you how good your vision is with your current glasses. If you are planning to get new glasses you should go to an optometrist for an eye exam. The eye chart will not help you buy new glasses.

Is this the same chart used at the DMV ?

In Indiana the DMV uses numbers for their eye tests. Not sure about other states. This is the same chart used by most eye doctors.
