My eyes seem to get worse faster as I age. I find it’s a good way to check my eyesight, especially for driving.

Good for the usage. Is not shipped and does not fold flat. Tape or small screws work to mount the chart.

Exactly as described.. For those struggling with the way it’s rolled in, I just rolled it the opposite direction, put three rubber bands, two on edge and one middle, let it sit for the day or night and problem fixed. Mine is perfectly flat now. I attached photos

If you want a jump start on the vision test....DMV....these are the best in checking to see if you can pass the vision test.....their are many charts but this will give you an idea of what you will be facing once at the DMV....also a great way to see if your vision has changed...gotten better and you can run thru all the letters with ease.....or you may have to visit the eye doctor....the charts are professional and will hold up for years.....and the price is just right.....
