Review: As expected. - Good weight for toning...on the lighter side, but good for someone just starting out to ensure that they get the form down before adding more weight. The grip is not smooth, so no fear of loosing my grip either. I am happy with this purchase, it is exactly what I expected. Review: Cute little weights - Bought these so my 4 year old could work out with her older sister and I. She was feeling left out and these little 1lb weights were the perfect solution.
