I had some very bad OIL STAINS left behind from my Sectional Couch that I had NO IDEA was there when I removed the old furniture to replace with new. SO, I bit the bullet and purchased the BIG GREEN Machine and purchased this to go along with the Bissell Big Green and OH MY GOSH the Oil stains came RIGHT OUT and that was after I tried on one of the 5 oil stains to remove with ALL KINDS of supposed Stain Removers with NO LUCK, it only spread the grease and made the stain worse, so I got my Big Green out and used this Concentrate and 2 slow passes and the oil Stains are GONE. I thought they might reappear as stains do once the carpet dried but NOPE they are STILL gone and it made my carpet smell so fresh and clean. I LOVE THIS and I won't be without it now. I plan to clean the entire house with my Bissell Big Green and ONLY with this Concentrate because IT WORKS!!!

My husband totally spilled a whole cup of coffee onto our light colored carpet recently. It was so bad. Our carpet looked disgusting with blotches of dark spots after his initial try of just basic soaking of a towel. So we borrowed my friend's spot bot carpet cleaner to use with this formula. He did pre-treat the carpet with a mix of oxy clean... left that on there first, THEN went through it with the bissell formula and vacuum. It did such a good job on the first run... but we could still see it faintly. He ended up doing one more round of pre-treatment, followed by bissell... and the carpet looked like new again. Whew! I'm so glad it worked out. Obviously, you need the proper machine to do it right.... but I've only used the corresponding Bissell formula whenever we borrow the carpet cleaner vacuum from my friend, and so far its never failed. We've cleaned our entire couch and our dining room chairs with this stuff and the amount of "dirty" that shows up in the vacuum is humbling.

Seeing the darkness of the dirty water in my Hoover SteamVac dump tank proves that this stuff works. I have ivory color carpet in 80% of my house, and a dog that loves to eat every snack on said carpet. The high traffic areas are so hard to keep clean. I spot clean here and there, but I needed to spring clean my carpet this time around. I had no idea how dirty my carpet was. This stuff has my carpet looking like new. I will continue to buy this because it does a good job and doesn't have an offensive odor that lingers. I used half the bottle in my dirty carpet, so I look forward to purchasing more of this in the future. The price makes this even easier to buy.

Excellent product for cleaning your rugs. My husband bought this product when he got a professional rug cleaner machine and he wasn't disappointed with it. My apartment rugs turned out all cleaned and smelling awesome.

Used it in a Bissell Carpet Cleaner. Smells nice, not overpowering. Carpet cleaning waters ran clean after a few passes. Carpet feels good. The carpet cleaner itself does go through the soap quickly, so for large areas, or dirty spots you need to go over a few times, it’s good to have two bottles on hand to finish the job. Overall, I am pleased.

I had gotten a carpet cleaner, meaning to use it for spot cleaning, since I have a five year old daughter and a German Shepherd. There were plenty of spots of my floor. Every thing from muddy foot prints (we live in western Washington, so there's always rain and plenty of mud), to leaky sippy cup spills, to paint, to potty accidents both from when my dog was a puppy to when my daughter was potty training. So I bought the cleaning solution since if the cleaner came with some I have no idea where we put it, and used it for the first time today. After cleaning one spot I saw how dirty the water was and then felt compelled to do the rest of the floor. Now I only made one pass over most of the floor, and a couple of passes over the worst spots, and everything except for some pink paint, that has been on the floor for probably two years, is completely gone! And the paint came most of the way up, going from a bright neon pink to pale kind of pink spot that you don't notice unless you're looking for it. I have a high end vacuum and I thought that I was getting most of the dirt and hair (and if you've ever seen a German Shepherd, you know that there's plenty of hair) up, but after using the carpet cleaner, I'm now going to have to start using this as part of my weekly (or bi-weekly, depending on how busy the schedules are) cleaning. Do not buy this... UNLESS YOU WANT TO KNOW HOW DIRTY YOUR CARPET REALLY IS! All in all, I'm glad I did, at least now I know.

This cleaner worked great for us. I was amazed at the before and after. You don't realize how dirty the carpet gets. We have a dog and kids so a lot of dirt gets dragged into the house. The price on Amazon was the best price we found. With the amount of traffic in our house, our carpets quickly get dirty and we can't afford to have professional cleaners come several times a year. This cleaned our carpets easily and economically. I would definitely buy this brand again and I highly recommend it. Shipping was also quick so I had it as soon as I needed it.
