This has been installed in my 2007 Prius base model for a year now. I use this as the 12V battery instead of the ridiculously expensive OEM battery. Works great, no problems. Update: I left for a a trip for a month and when I came back this battery was completely drained and wouldn't take a charge. So buy yourself a NOCO Genius 1 trickle charger and plug the battery to fully charge it once in a while and also leave it plugged in when leaving the car parked any length of time. I was able to revive my completely dead battery by opening it up and adding 2ml of battery acid and enough distilled water to cover the mats inside. I then high voltage(30v) charged it until it was able to accept 2amps and now its working fine but at a percentage of its previous capacity. Cheapest, and best quality deep cycle SLA batteries on Amazon when you consider dollars per usable amp-hours, and they have been working well so far. Bought 4 of these for a 200 watt solar array. No noticeable loss of capacity over 3 months. But I rarely ever get down to even a 50% deep of discharge. With a near constant 50 watt load (running humidifier, when needed), the average is 40% DoD per day, and the 200 watt panels fully charge (to float) most days. Adding one more 100 watt panel to square it up a little better. Will update if any issues. Estimating atleast 3 year useful-life, with quality solar controller, and daily use, with under 50% DoD. Then I'm switching to Lithium batts! :)

Bought 4 resale discount. 1 had been used, hopefully not damaged by someone needing a bigger one. Terminal washer missing. I don't intend to discharge beyond 90% SOC so hopefully a non issue.

Gonna try to make it work but so far not gonna work in my Prius, won't charge while in park but will if I'm moving, battery depletes quickly :/ will update

This is a small size battery, it's more for a mower or motorcycle.

1st issue: Be very careful, the charge rate on this is <10, my charge was 17, ok no problem. I will use my solar trickle charger and a maintenance charger when at rest. 2nd issue: size was indicated so I thought …works. Nope is a small difference mm actually. But it will not fit! 3rd issue: tried to return and was told return not eligible, even though Amazon description say eligible! Now I am stuck with it. Suggest if you are outside of continental US DO NOT BUY. Go to a local battery store.
