It does exactly what it is supposed to do
It’s a replacement power cord for my blue tooth speaker. There’s not much more needed to say.

Amazing customer service!!!
I made the silly mistake of ordering the wrong adapter (I have a Sony SRS-X5 and not a Sony SRS-X55....) and their customer service was extremely quick to reply to my request and are sending me out the correct adapter, even though it was my fault. Their product works great and is exactly what I needed at a great price. Will definitely be back to purchase any future power adapters. Thank you!!

Got what I paid for
Works for my Sony SRS-X55 just fine, even after 3 months of being plugged in. Only issue is that the fit is a little loose, as it is a third party product.

Fits my Sony Speaker great.
This fits and works great with my Sony XRS portable speaker. We’ve bought two already. Bcuz my teenage daughter keeps misplacing them! But recently bought a case and keep them all together now. We have had no problems with either one, works as well as the lost original did!

Perfect!
I was so upset when I misplaced my original charging cord. But this cord isn't only "as good", it's better! This cord is a good length so that you don't have to stay close to an outlet. I love that I now can have my music back!!

Recently bought this charger because I found one of my old SRS btx 500 speaker in my basement and wanted to use it again. Lost the original charger and I decided to buy this one since many people said it works with srs btx500 and it even states in the name and description but when I received it, it does not fit into the speaker. Maybe like a 2mm too thick, not to mention the plug isn't even yellow which my speaker DC IN port is yellow. Speaker voltage required is 12.5v, says on the back of it.
