Worked as expected. Easy install. Old mac is faster and running El Capitan

Was a little hesitant at first to purchase from this brand that I have never heard of before, as opposed to Crucial RAM. However, the chips came in the mail very quickly, and it was a seamless install. I've seen an instant speed and performance boost in my computer with regards to opening, closing, and running multiple applications. I installed on an early 2008 Macbook Pro, which was struggling with 2gb of RAM, beach balling constantly. Awaiting a new SSD atm, but was very pleased to see a visual performance increase with the RAM upgrade alone. Highly recommend maxing out the 6gb RAM as opposed to the recommended 4gb.

This worked, apple says it will only go up to 4, but after reading around the internet it seems as though some people were able to get it to run with 6, after a lot more reading it seems to be hit and miss, but i could not find anyone who did not get it to work with the Komputerbay ram.

I ordered 2 (1 4gb and 1 2gb) one was right the other was 2( 1gb ram ) use less $69 for 2 1gb ram cards.

My 2007 iMac was really slow despite the max 4gb of ram I had upgraded it to. Rather than buying a new $2500 unit I have this a try and increased the ram to 6gb (4 and 2 in the slots) despite the "max" being 4gb. Works like a charm and I have a fast computer again for under $100!

Upgrade was easy and no issue afterward. The version of iMac I have can be pushed to 6GB, although Apple say's it will only support 4 GB total. This was the best bargain for a 6 GB memory upgrade I wanted to do on an older laptop. Description was clear and I felt confident it would work in my machine. And it does! Fast ship, great price, would look to this company again for future memory upgrades

I have an older IMac desktop computer. This ram worked upon entry and first boot up, subsequently I have not used the computer since. I went to boot up my computer the other day and heard a "beep", the computer would not turn on and kept beeping. I did some research and found this beep meant there is an issue with the RAM. I switched back to my old RAM and the computer booted right up. I went to return the RAM and missed the 30 day return policy. I'm out $90, time and hardware.
