Microsoft Surface Pro 7 12.3in Intel Core i5 10th Gen 8GB RAM 128GB SSD Platinum (Renewed)

love the tablet thanks will be ordering again soon

I had to return the original Surface Pro 7 (renewed) due to the camera not working and the charging cord not working. The return process was inconvenient, but seamless. The computer had ~80% battery life when I received it, and it functions well as a work computer and for simple streaming. The processor and GPU are effective enough for basic gaming (Flash games, Runescape, old computer games etc.). This will be my last Amazon Renewed product, however, due to my lack of faith in assured quality. This vendor did a great job with replacements, though! I love the ability to switch between tablet and desktop mode. Surface Pro is a novel concept, and it’s as thin as a magazine. Overall, it meets my expectations and needs, I cannot complain.

Nice looking on the outside, but once we got it started and updated we noticed flickering in the screen. We used it more often to see if it would go away, and did more updates but it did not. It connected to the internet, it charged and stayed charged, no problem. The description was for excellent condition, a flickering screen is a fail.

I advise buyers to read the reviews from the vendor before purchasing a device. Some vendors have bad reviews and I would not purchase from them. I purchased from TechDeals4Less for $250 and the product I received was accurate enough in Refurbished Excellent condition. Purchased strictly for movie watching in bed and nothing else. The product was in excellent condition as described. A few knicks on the aluminum but the screen was perfect. There are a couple "dead" pixels i've noticed but they are not noticeable in day to day use. I actually purchased the Pro 7, but received a Pro 7+ so that is a "plus" in my book since the device is a better version than the regular 7. I cleaned it up as it was a little dirty and uninstalled apps, ran the updates etc. The device is quick enough for what I need to use it for. Overall a VERY good deal for $250.

The product was damaged out the box had to have the screen replaced but other than not getting the actual charger either its alright for the price.

Battery does not last. Have to plug it always in otherwise will turn off.

Great customer service with explanations and warranty and super follow up! Great seller and products!

This seller was able to get this package to me within 2 days. Everything is fully functional and works as it should. Originally did not include a keyboard but the seller honored sending me one. I recevied it within one day and also works as should. Would recommend!

Llego en excelentes condiciones solo que no traía cargador ni teclado , solo un cable para carga tipo C

Product arrived in professional packaging, wrapped in plastic if it was to be brought brand new. very well refurbished as if it was brand new. The product works very well as if it was bought straight from the store. quick responsive. I purchased third party keyboard pen and Arc mouse and all three work very well. It does come with windows 10 but easily upgraded to windows 11. Battery life is great as I updated everything including the OS and my battery didn't flinch using about a 1/4 battery every 2 hours so im excited to see how long it lasts when on normal non heavy use. only negative was that the product took quite a while to arrive but this was not due to the seller as it would be more of a shipping issue. definately recommend

While refurbished and an older model, I would take this anyway over my roommates Surface Go 3. Installed Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 and does everything I ask it to. Definitely recommend this for university students.
