He's about a foot tall assembled (11" according to the LEGO site), taller if his arms are raised of course.

how long does it take 2 build

Alone, maybe 30 - 45 minutes. With my 5-year old, it was about an hour. We separate all the pieces by color before we start building, so add 10 minutes if you do this too.
