Blood sugar health
The product is easy to take, contains a combo of beneficial items toward maintaining blood sugar health. Have had no Negative side effects from this product, would buy again. Update, my last bloodwork 2 years ago glucose was at 138, had blood work yesterday, glucose was at 119. Very pleased with progress. So have been taking this product steadily for 6 months, 1 capsule 30 minutes before my breakfast, then same with dinner. In addition, walk and exercise with my dog every morning. We get maybe 2 miles in, during the am. Hopefully reversing my pre-diabetic dx. Would recommend.

Works pretty good
Kept my sugars a little lower. But it sticks in my throat a lot. I got a bad gag reflex so it isn’t pretty.

Better Than Expected
I researched a lot before selecting this product for my healthy glucose support. This particular blend of nutrients has exactly what I wanted in an easy-to-swallow capsule. I'm especially pleased with the cinnamon, bitter melon, and gymnema. It's hard to find a product that has all three of those! And this is VERY affordable, a definite plus with today's cost of living being so high. I am pleased with my purchase, and I certainly recommend it to anyone wanting to keep control of their glucose.

Good product
I actually bought this to see if it might help with my blood pressure. I only took 1 pill a day vs the two recommended. My blood pressure did come down about 10 points. I can't say for sure it was this product, but it looks promising to me. I like that it comes with additional vitamins and minerals. Pills are easy to swallow. My energy level has been good and no side effects.

Great herbal supplement at a great price!
I am very happy to find the Kaya Naturals Healthy Glucose with Bitter Melon herbal supplements to help me maintain control of my diet and give me more of what I am looking for in an herbal supplement. I had tried more expensive supplements and am very satisfied with the quality of these capsules and the price of the 60 day supply I ordered. These don't have dust or taste bad when I take them.
